Bryan’s 30+ years in the glass and glazing industry and experiences in manufacturing, estimating, drafting, inside/outside sales, customer service, and architectural promotion have prepared him to become a successful business owner.
Bryan was also voted Best Sales Representative in the 2012 edition of National Glass Magazine.

Over a 30+ year span Eric has worked with architects and consultants on the full spectrum of project types in the building envelope arena. From specialized custom projects, to schools, to large condominiums in New York City and Chicago. He has a strong understanding of the complete process from the drawing board to installation. Noah has had a long career in sales and customer service roles before making the shift to estimating. He joined The Snead Co team in 2018 and has since risen the ranks to a become high-performing team member. Driven by results, he takes pride in providing customers with quick, accurate quotes, and fostering long-term customer relationships. In addition to his career, Noah is also an active father of 4. A family man at heart, he will always go above and beyond to ensure his customers are given the same care and attention.

Peter joined TSC in September of 2011 as an estimator and currently holds the position of Director of Operations. The various roles at TSC have provided an array of experiences and knowledge of the fenestration industry. Peter states “I work alongside a great team, and we rely on that teamwork to gain success in our market.” Prior to joining TSC, Pete worked in sales and estimating with a commercial glass and glazing installer for six years and was a lead PM for a local Richmond residential construction company for 7 years.

Daniel draws on 5 years of experience in the glazing industry. Throughout his career, Daniel has excelled in various roles including project management, customer service, and architectural sales. Daniel's passion lies in being a dependable partner for customers, enabling them to achieve growth and success in their businesses. It is his belief that there is always something to learn, and everyone has something to bring to the table in that regard, so collaboration and teamwork is very important.

Julie has over 15 years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry with a background in supply chain, analytics and consumer insights. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University.
Derek Leake

Derek worked in numerous sales and customer service jobs before starting in the glazing industry in 2015. Derek held various positions for years with an aluminum manufacturer. With a background in take-off, project management, and estimating, Derek went to work for a glazing subcontractor based in Alaska before returning to Virginia where he stated working outside sales in Maryland and DC. Derek is a father of twins and enjoys a good home project and everything automotive.
Lance Kitchen

Lance has been in the glass and glazing business since 1982, starting at the bottom by pushing a broom around the shop and over the years, managed to work his way to the top. After 40 years, Lance felt it was time to get out of the glass and glazing business, by opening up a new chapter in his life taking on the role of estimator/project manager at the Snead Company.
